Softwashing is a safe yet very effective way to clean exterior hard surface like rendered walls, brick walls, patios, driveways and cladding, in fact almost any exterior hard surface can be cleaned using this method and it is a much gentler method when compared to more traditional pressure washing.

Soft washing eliminates any damage to exterior hard surfaces when removing red and green algae, black fungus, mould, mildew, lichen and moss.

The solution that NJH use is the only sodium hypochloride based soft washing biocide with full government approval from UK HSE and REACH.

Our soft wash solutions are applied via direct chemical application, from the ground using telescopic carbon fibre poles and purpose made spray nozzles which eliminates any human error and the risk of chemicals being sprayed above maximum regulations. Purpose made brushes may need to be used to agitate the solution into the surface where there is heavy contamination.

When all staining has been cleaned away NJH can then apply a biocide solution, again done safely and avoiding overspray. Biocide will kill spoors and help prevent biological growth from reappearing which will help your property stay clean for much longer.
